Testing Facilities and Compliance

At ARCC Innovations, we make sure all our products meet the first-class standard for build quality and safety by conducting testing in-house.

With jigs designed by our team of experienced and qualified technicians, ARCC’s regulations go beyond the minimum guidelines, making certain that our products not only pass but that there is no doubt as to their high-grade design.

This includes ARCC Bikes, its frames and the Intelligent Drive Pod electric retrofit system, which all undergo rigorous testing as outlined by: electric assisted pedal bicycles certification BS EN 15194:2017; this specifies requirements for eBike technical aspects like engine power management, electrical circuit design and frame assembly of eBikes designed for use on public roads.

Below are some of the tests that the Moulton® TSR, Brompton, Abington and Rosemont all undergo to comply with this global standard, all of which are completed here at our Cambridge site.
